About the Role:
Do you have a passion for curating exceptional Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events for both local and international destinations? This is your chance to lead and deliver high-impact travel experiences across Kenya and beyond. The ideal candidate should be very creative, have a strong background in itinerary & budget planning, customer service, and a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.
Your key Responsibilities will include:
• Design and manage MICE travel programs for local & international corporate clients
• Coordinate with hotels, venues, DMCs, and suppliers across multiple destinations
• Deliver seamless, innovative, and memorable event experiences
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
• Design and sell customized inbound and outbound tour packages.
• Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to secure the best rates.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and payments.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and international travel regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of experience in tours and travel package creation (both local & international – in & out bound).
• Proven experience in MICE, event planning, or corporate travel (local & international)
• Strong destination knowledge of Kenya and major global MICE hubs
• Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Ability to use reservation systems and travel management software.
• A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage
