Job Title:                  Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager

Aim of the job

The BDM/KAM will manage sales and marketing of travel management services, ensuring high-quality service, efficient customer service, and building relationships with key accounts to generate revenue, expand market share, and achieve profitability targets.

JOB ROLE / EXPECTATIONS

Business Development / Sales & Marketing

The role involves delivering sales targets, developing product/service strategies, ensuring timely tender submission, and identifying growing and emerging markets to tap into potential customer segments.

Customer Relationship Management/Key Account Management

The role involves managing customer databases, developing monthly interactions, managing communication, establishing SLAs, and producing MIS reports for clients, ensuring high retention and compliance with deliverables.

Policy Compliance and Quality Control (QC)

Train travel and tour teams, adhere to client SLAs and ISO company procedures, and administer quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to allocated accounts.

Qualifications & Competencies

The job requires a Sales & Marketing degree, 2 years of experience in the Travel industry, business growth, integrity, market intelligence, customer service, effective communication, decision-making, and self-driven project management skills. Candidates in Arusha are encouraged to apply.
